Some questions require additional information that may take up to 24 hours to respond. Questions submitted in Spanish are also accepted.

    This email address should be used to submit all claims. Please attach pdf, jpg, jiff, or tif files. Please do not submit questions about your account to this email address. Any claim received after 3:00 pm is considered to be received the following business day. As an example, a claim received Monday prior to 3:00 pm CST will be processed at the end of business Wednesday and entered into your TaxSaver Plan account Thursday morning prior to check writing.
