or Ceases to Satisfy Dependent Eligibility
This category is exhaustive. There are no other
reasons except the following that would qualify.
A change can occur if the dependent either satisfies
or ceases to satisfy dependent eligibility
due to one of the following:
- Attainment
of a limiting age
- Gain
of student status
- Loss
of student status
- Marriage
The resulting change must result in either a gain
or loss of eligibility of coverage for the
dependent to request a change.
