A change can occur if the dependent either satisfies or ceases to satisfy dependent eligibility
due to one of the following:

• Attainment of a limiting age
• Gain of student status
• Loss of student status
• Marriage

The resulting change must result in either a gain or loss of eligibility of coverage for the dependent to request a change.
