Acupuncture You may include the cost of acupuncture treatments when the treatments are prescribed for the treatment of a specific medical condition or disease. Acupunture for the purpose of stopping weight loss will not be eligible for general health purposes. If your Acupuncuturist does not provide a diagnosis code on the receipt, you will need to have your physician complete a Medical Determination Form available on the Forms section of our website.
